Gym Heroes
Gym Heroes is the name of the sixth main expansion set for the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It was released in Japan as Leaders' Stadium in 1998, with the English version being released as "Gym Heroes" in 2000. This set features first-generation Pokémon (the first 151 Pokémon).
It introduced, for the very first time, Pokémon cards named after their trainers, and it also established a subclass of Trainer cards in the form of Stadiums (which brought a new mechanic to the game).
This expansion is very popular among collectors, mainly due to the aforementioned Trainer Pokémon. For example, you can find cards like Rocket's Scyther, Sabrina's Gengar, or Blaine's Moltres in this set.
