Legendary Collection
Legendary Collection is the name of the sole main expansion in the Legendary Collection Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). This set has no Japanese equivalent, making it a unique English-only set.
The set was released in 2002 as a tribute to the original, extremely popular sets (Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, and Team Rocket).
Legendary Collection introduced a unique style of Reverse Holographic printing, which is exclusive to this set. Every card in the set therefore has two versions: Holographic/Non-Holographic and Reverse Holographic.
The set contains 110 cards, including 19 holographic ones, plus 110 reverse holographic copies. The rarest card is the reprint of the original Base Set Charizard in its Reverse Holographic version.
