How do you pack your orders ?
Our priority has always been to ensure that the cards arrive to you in at least the same quality as when you ordered them. That's why we pack every order in bubble mailers and secure the cards between rigid plastic covers (top-loaders or card savers). For larger orders, we use cardboard boxes lined with bubble wrap. This way, nothing should happen to the cards, despite the carrier's occasional best efforts! :)
How often do you ship the orders ?
We know you're really looking forward to your package, which is why we aim to ship orders out to the world by the next business day. So, you don't have to worry about waiting long for your package!
Do you trade or buy cards ?
Yes, we both buy and trade cards. Generally, we price the cards using the marketplace Cardmarket.com and subsequently, we calculate the offered amount. You can find out more in the article.
I have a nice card at home which I would like to graded. Do yo do assisted grading ?
No, we don't offer assisted grading.
Do you have account on socials ?
Of course! You can find us mainly on Instagram, and also in our facebook group .
I'm looking for a specific card. Are you able to get it for me?
You are certainly neither the first nor the last person looking for a specific card that isn't available anywhere. For these occasions, you can try contacting us using the form below here, or via any of our socials
I'd like to buy a card from you but it seems expensive, can we discuss a better price ?
It is practically impossible to maintain current prices for such a large quantity of cards, and it can happen that some cards may be priced higher than they should be. If a card seems too expensive to you, you can try to contact us on any social network or using the contact form here!
How long do you guys collect Pokémon cards ?
We discovered Pokémon when we were just little boys, and ever since then, they've been spinning around us and won't let us go. And when you dedicate so much time to something, as we have to Pokémon, you don't just voluntarily give it up! :)
Do you like Pokémon overall or just cards?
As already mentioned in the previous question, we grew up with Pokémon, so we are not only interested in the cards, but in almost everything surrounding them, such as the games, the animated series, and so on.
Are you planning to have other products than just Pokémons ?
We pride ourselves on being a purely Pokémon store. Therefore, there are currently no plans to expand the assortment to include other universes. However, if anything changes, you will certainly be notified in advance!
